HR Compliance Update -Connecticut Minimum Wage Goes Up June 1

by | Jun 8, 2023

Connecticut’s minimum wage will increase to $15 per hour on June 1, 2023.

This is the last predetermined increase stemming from the 2019 minimum wage law. Beginning January 1, 2024, and each year thereafter, any increases will be tied to the employment cost index, which is a quarterly metric created by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
