HR Compliance Update- Oregon Minimum Wage Increases

On July 1, 2023, the hourly minimum wage in Oregon will increase as follows:

Portland Metro (within Portland’s Urban Growth Boundary): $15.45
Nonurban Counties: $13.20
All Other (“Standard”) Counties: $14.20
