The Massachusetts Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development has released the new Veteran Services poster, which must be distributed and posted by employers with 51 or more full-time employees. Specifically, covered employers need to provide the poster to each employee individually upon hire and annually thereafter and display it in a conspicuous area in the workplace that all employees can access.
