Effective January 1, 2025, Alaska’s minimum wage will increase to $11.91 per hour. For salaried employees—exempt from the state’s minimum wage and overtime requirements as bona fide executive, administrative, or professional employees—it will increase to $952.80 per week, or $49,545.60 per year.
