On January 1, 2025, Missouri’s minimum wage will increase to $13.75 per hour. The tipped minimum wage will continue to be half the regular rate, meaning tipped employees will need to receive a base wage of at least $6.88 per hour.
Retail and service employers with less than $500,000 in gross income are exempt from the state minimum wage but must still pay at least the federal minimum wage.
