On January 1, 2026, the minimum hourly wages in New Jersey will increase as follows:
For most employers and employees: $15.92
For tipped employees: $6.05 as a base wage (tips must bring them to $15.92)
For seasonal and small employers (those with five or fewer employees): $15.23
For agricultural employers: $14.20
For employees who provide direct care at a long-term care facility: $18.92
